It hasn’t been long at all since the Motorola Droid 2 for Verizon Wireless has been out, and already the team at XDA Developers has rooted the device.
You’ll get the usual benefits, though a word of caution: the process has been described as “not the easiest in the world”. According to AndroidCommunity, “you’ll need to take a dive into ADB, put in a lot of commands.”
Soon enough, however, users can expect to see a one-click root available for the Droid 2 Android handset, as is currently available for the Motorola Droid X for Verizon Wireless.
