Apple’s world-famous WWDC 10 conference is still going on, and the Cupertin-based company has sent out a mass mailing on Thursday urging developers to get their iOS 4 applications submitted for the simple reason that they want to make sure they have loads of applications submitted before iOS 4 hits iPhones and iPods later this month.
Apple’s looking for the cream of the crop here, making sure they’ve got quality applications ready for the masses.
The message reads:
“Submit your iOS 4 app for review so they can be ready for sale when iOS 4 is available to iPhone and iPod touch users. Make sure you have built and tested your applications using iOS 4 and iPhone SDK 4 GM seed, which you can downlload from the iPhone Dev Center.
Log into iTunes Connect and upload your iOS 4 applications today.”
Developers — whether they enjoy working with Apple or not — are pressured to get their applications delivered, otherwise, well, they’re the ones who lose out.
