Google informs that its official mobile application for iOS has been redesign from the ground up. The old name known as Google Mobile App, the application has been renamed Google Search App to commemorate the launch.
When browsing, individuals will notice that the application looks very different. For instance, users can now search by typing, voice, or through Google Goggles from the comfort of the homescreen. In addition, Google has added a sidebar with different filters such as images, news, videos, places, and more to make it easy to narrow down results.
Google has also made it simpler to access other Google Apps. The Mountain View, California-based company also states that the new redesigned application includes several improvements. To help individuals get familiar with the new look and functionality, Google created a tutorial feature that helps users explore the application.
