The iH8sn0w developers has released Sn0wbreeze 2.3 b1 tethered jailbreak for iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod Touch 4G, 3G, and iPad 1 over iOS 4.3.
The latest Sn0wbreeze 2.3 b1 does not work for iPad 2 as Apple has included the patch to the recent hardware to protect against the exploits used by jailbreak tools.
Sn0wbreeze 2.3 b1 for iOS 4.3 jailbreak is available for Windows users and it would not work for Mac or Linux.
Note: Sn0wbreeze 2.3 b1 does preserve baseband but Ultrasn0w is broken on iOS 4.3. The iPhone 3GS users with old bootrom do not require iBooty.
