Download WordPress for BlackBerry Updated to Version 1.4.4

The WordPress application for BlackBerry has been officially updated to version 1.4.4. The new update appears to include mostly minor improvements and bug fixes. However, a couple of new features have also been included such as the ability to rate photos and better integration with the newly-released BlackBerry Torch 9800.

According to Automattic, the new update includes the following features and enhancements:

• Rotate uploaded photos.
• Better integration with BlackBerry Torch 9800.
• Fixed the media uploading issue on the 9800. It requires AtomPub to be enabled on your blog.
• Fixed an issue that would sometimes occur with long post titles.
• Fixed issues with orphan categories.
• Fixed issues with the blog shortcut icon which would appear too big sometimes.
• Minor bug fixing.

Version 1.4.4 of WordPress for BlackBerry Smartphones is now available in the BlackBerry App World. Let us know what you think of it once you download the latest version.
