It’s been only about a day since the new Android 2.2 (Froyo)-powered Samsung Galaxy Tab was announced at the 2010 IFA Consumer Electronics Show in Berlin, Germany. The device is not officially available to the public yet. However, a prototype unit has been rooted already by the folks over at Sera-Apps.de. As pointed out on the site, it’s currently unknown if the final product can be rooted in the same way as the prototype.
I’m pretty sure that we’ll definitely find out once the device becomes available in the coming months. Let us know what you think.
