Research In Motion and the United States’ most popular mobile carrier Verizon Wireless announced the availability of a brand new BlackBerry Curve 3G.
The device sports 3G connectivity, WiFi, 512MB of RAM, a GPS radio, and much more in the typical form-factor of a BlackBerry handset. In addition, the device is BlackBerry OS 6 ready. Look out for the release on the 16th of September, with in-store availability expected in the coming weeks.
Best of all, the device is cheap, cheap, cheap! You can pick one up for $29.99 on a two-year contract.

The BlackBerry Curve 3G smartphone will be available in business sales channels on September 16 and it will be available online and in Verizon Wireless Communications Stores in the coming weeks for $29.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement on a voice plan with an Email and Web feature or an Email and Web for BlackBerry plan.
