If Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs is to be believed, then today is the day that Apple will release iOS 4.1 for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and the iPad.
iOS 4.1 is expected to bring numerous improvements. Here’s the excerpt from my post last week on the operating system update:
“Among the traditional bug and security fixes, Apple will be including interesting features, such as HDR photography (which snaps 3 images when you’re using the camera; one to overexpose, one at normal exposure, and an underexposed image to create clean shots), game center, iTunes Ping integration, HD video uploading over-the-air, and much more.”
No word as to when exactly today the update will hit, though I’ve speculated that 1PM Eastern time sounds about right. Either way, we’ll let you know when it goes live, live, live!
