Research In Motion (RIM) has updated its native IM applications for BlackBerry Smartphone to version 2.5.63. The applications include AIM, Windows Live Messenger, ICQ, Google Talk, and Yahoo! Messenger. RIM originally made all of the aforementioned updated IM applications available to select members of the BlackBerry Beta Zone a few weeks ago for testing purposes.
The new version includes only minor updates. Additionally, some of the icons have been revamped, but that’s about it. All of the new IM applications are available in the BlackBerry App World now. Make your way past the break to find the respective links to the online catalog.
