Microsoft has seemingly began a new online ad campaign to promote its upcoming Internet Explorer 9 Beta, which the company plans to introduce next week during its “Beauty of the Web” exclusive event on September 15 of this year at the Concourse Exhibition Center in San Francisco, California.
The banner ads [pictured] were spotted this morning.
Thus far, Microsoft has not revealed the Internet Explorer 9 interface. The company has only made available a preview of the new JavaScript-based engine, which supports new modern standards such as HTML5 and CSS3. It’s important to note that at the end of August, an official Microsoft Russia PR website exposed an alleged screenshot of the upcoming IE9. However, it has not been confirmed whether or not the image was indeed legit.
We can definitely expect to find out more information on Wednesday, September 15. Stay tuned, everyone.
