Apple has approved a Fring update that not only utilizes the front-facing camera, but also allows users to make video-calls over 3G, announced the company. Additionally, the new Fring allows users to hold two-way video calling with individuals who own phones with front-facing cameras on mobile platforms other than iOS 4.
