If you’re a Hotmail user, you may notice that something’s a bit different with your inbox today. That’s because Microsoft has begun to roll out the new and improved Hotmail we last talked about in mid-May.
“You may start seeing the new features in you inbox as early as today, features like the new Sweep menu, the freshly integrated Office Web Apps, huge new attachment limits up to 10 GB using SkyDrive, and the ability to create and send photo albums right from Hotmail,” writes Microsoft’s Mike Schackwitz.
It’s not bright and sunny to all users, however. It would appear as if Microsoft isn’t rolling out the update to all users at this point, though Schackwitz assures that “everybody will be upgraded this summer,” which is quite a broad statement.
