Hot on the heels of Windows Phone 7 Series yesterday, HTC announced today the HD Mini. Their HD2 has been wildly popular though personally I found it a little too big. This device answers that – it has a capacitive touch screen, 512MB ROM, 384MB RAM, 3.2″ HVGA display, 5MP camera and has 3G and GPS. The big question will be Windows Phone 7 Series on the device though my take is it’d need a few tweaks to the hardware to make that realistic.
