Tweetmeme, the popular aggregator of the most retweeted stories on Twitter, has just released a variety of new features, some of which we previewed earlier this month. These updates are designed primarily for websites that use the Tweetmeme button (like KarachiCorner, which makes it easier for visitors to share stories on Twitter. As expected, the updates include a new image-based button option for services that don’t support JavaScript (this will also work in RSS feeds or emails), new analytics inside Tweetmeme’s WordPress plug-in, and new retweet chicklets.
